What we collect, and why
Demo requests. When you ask for a demo we collect your name, phone number, email, and your practice website, because that is what we need to reach you and prepare for the call.
The free site check. When you run the check we record the website address you entered, its score, and a summary of the findings, so we can improve the tool and, if you later ask us to, pick up the conversation where the results left off. The check reads only your site's public pages and public files.
Newsletter. If you subscribe we store your email and which page you subscribed from. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link that works immediately.
Analytics. We use PostHog to understand how the site is used: pages viewed and buttons clicked. It stores a small identifier in your browser's local storage. We do not run advertising pixels on this site, and we do not use analytics data for ad targeting.
What we never do
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with ad networks. We only email you if you asked for a demo, subscribed, or wrote to us first.
About patient information
This website is for dental practice owners and teams, and it does not ask for or collect patient health information. When Nomu works with a practice as a client, patient data is handled under a Business Associate Agreement as part of that engagement, separate from this website.
Where your information lives
Form submissions and site-check records are stored with Cloudflare, which runs this website. Emails to you and to our team are delivered through Resend. Analytics are processed by PostHog. Each of these providers processes the data on our behalf.
Your choices
Unsubscribe from the newsletter with the link in any issue. To see, correct, or delete anything we hold about you, email hello@getnomu.ai and we will handle it.
Changes
If our data practices change, this page changes with them. Last updated August 17, 2026.
